Apart from the fact that he's been our top sprinter ever since he served his ban. He's consistently shown that the upper levels of Britain's ruling body are still as fuddy duddy as they were in Roger Bannisters era.

Good job I never bought that gas mask & went out running with that & the weighted vest on :lol:

Damn! And I was just going to post on the gas mask thread that I saw some cat tearing it on his bike over the weekend with the official Sean Shirk gas mask. Have to say it looked so cheesy, there is no way it could be mistaken as being terrorist anything.

My weight vest always gets looks, but no interviews by the authorities yet..... :mrgreen:
