Speaking of rugby. Found out the club I help out at has their own gym
Asked if it was possible to see it & train there myself. Even offered to help out with the older players training as it seems they don't have a designated strength coach there from what I was told. We'll see if they come back with a response to my offer. Just waiting to get a chance to check out the gym. If its good enough to see me though the winter then I'll use it as its only £40 a year.
