Tennis elbow

Hi had a tennis elbow op on my right elbow on friday, need to get back into training, going to try some kettlebell training for a change made some 30lb kettlebells going to give them a try.

Hope the operation went well.

S69 has been using this viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5275 to help with some injuries. Its supposed to help with scar tissue healing amongst other things.

plenty of grip work, wrist curls forward and reverse ....... luckily i never needed an op, just strengthened the muscle around it and some very painfull massages and some ultra sound sorted it (great deadl of rest too)

the serraptase is great, very happy with how i am feeling with it

Lookely i heal well when i had my left one done last year, it only took a few weeks, so hopefully it want take long.
