well we managed to raise £450 for children in need doing a sponsored bicep curl competition


just got interviewd on radio 2 by patrick kielty (standing in for steve right) nabout it, got to mention the gym name and about 3 minutes on radio


all good fun



got sponsored push pull comp in december for "help for heroes"

thanks, well it was something that i dont really allow in the gym unles you can deadlift over 180kg about 400lbs .....so it was a chance for them all to have a go.....LOL
