Hi All this years winter warmer (Open Weight) at Junction Gym will consist of:

This comp will be held indoor!

£15 entry (Max 20) £2.50 Spectators, Competitors please send cheques to 1a Field Lane, Ossett, WF5 9DZ

Gym Address: The Junction Gym, Unit 1A Quarry Hill Industrial Estate, Horbury, WF5 9ND

Event 1:

Car Squat Approx 250kg reps 75secs

Event 2:

Overhead Medley: 115kg Axle + 100kg Barrell + 70kg Dumbell + 80kg Dumbell + 120kg log in any order

Event 3:

Conans Wheel 275kg 75secs for distance

Competition £20 Entry (all proceeds go to Yorkshire Cancer Research) = 239kg Atlas Stone (Atomic Blast Supplements Sponsored Stones) anyone can lift to 48inch wins £300 www.atomicblastsupplements.co.uk

Event 4:

Deadlift Medley, 270kg Frame, 260kg Axle, 300kg Olympic Bar (Large Wheels 18inch) and 8.5 inch oly bar 250 dead 75 secs in order

Event 5:

Atlas Stones, 120kg 60inch, 145kg 54inch, 155kg 48inch, 170kg 48inch, 180kg 48inch & 200kg to barrell 20inch ish (Split Timed)

Well its 5min from me now I've moved.
Think when got strength up I shall make some visits there aswell

never say "when i have strength up" its what keeps a lot of people out of my gym, cos they are worried they arent strong enough or something (dont want to look bad mostly) well all the guys here started somewhere and all are willing to help and point people in the right direction and have no massive egos or anything

I that's true. Only 20quid on direct debit aswell which is cheap.

He's open till 1 till 9 30 but new year will be doing a 6-8am. Think I would make better gains being at a good gym than atm.

Give it a go. Just make sure you can cancel the direct debit if you don't like it or can't afford to keep it up.

sure they had a pay and train thing going on and a single month rate, worth talking to them

we do a 1, 2 & 3 month pack non contracted (pay in advance) and the same on DD contracted for the period
