I know stress can effect training a lot.

Why is it? And is there ways of reducing it? Is it simply learning to deal with the stresses we have?

firstly theres different kinds of stress, some of which can actually benefit training, the other kinds can hamper training big style

the sort of stress, you get from losing a job or having to find money to put food on the table can knaw away at you and affects training

the general work stress (almost enjoyable) can boost performance as it raises adrenalin which excites you and boosts training

realising you are stressesd is the first partt, learning to relax and blank it out will help too

will come back to this

Absolutely, stress can destroy training.
How you go about attacking it really depends on the type of stress.
