Sat 5th yeh after 1pm, which is when the gym shuts, something like last time,

quiet night in tonight, bottle of bubbly then bed i think!!

Im still alive, JUST! married last November. Spent a month or more drinking and lazing about! Been busy with a million web sites and life but will get on when I can.

Hows things? Training? goals?
