Goals 2013

So what's everyone's goals for the next coming 12 months?

Get them down on the site & we can encourage each other plus if they're down it helps to focus your own mind on them.

Mine:
Some things I've wanted to be able to do for years:
Splits.
Muscle up.
Flag.
Walk on my hands.

Training:
Back up to a double bodyweight squat & dead-lift.

Racing:
Top 5 coal race.
Sub 1 hour 40 @ the Paras` 10.
First marathon & first Ultra marathon (anything over marathon distance) with maybe a crack at some fell racing.
Top 10 in a local 10k road race.
Sub 36 minutes in a road 10k.

by end of june-
squat - 140kg
dead - 150kg
bench - 75kg
press - 75kg

although a fair jump where i am atm, i think the still getting back into gains should see them hit, but just want to be back to where i was.

with the rest of the year, i want to get to the oly gym in wakey and give it ago aswell as some strongman event playing.

Trying to find out if they are going to be holding another Kirklees strongest man contest next year. If they are & are using the same set up with the "average Joe" category I wouldn't mind entering.

What kind of events and weight you know?
What weight you at? 90kg category I imagine?

70kgs at the moment but that'll comedown as I'm aiming to get back to being sub 10% body fat before rebuilding lean muscle mass.
