Anyone know how to get rid of spots etc.

I tend to have a fair few on my back and shoulders and some on chest. Also a ridiculous amount of blackheads on my nose.

And I wouldn mind getting rid.

I've obv heard of sun beads from guys getting bad acne when juiceing.

Any other ideas to get rid? I tend to sweat a lot but I shower a lot so not sure.

Diet, hydration, good cleansing routine, good fats, plenty of sunshine & some of the B vitamins are good for spots. And a reduction in stress.

I am trying to manage my stress better tho.

Try ex-foliation as well to help with clearing the skin. You can buy "gloves" from Boots etc for the job. Leaves your skin quite tingly
