Tac 2 pole daning grip

Tac 2 pole daning grip, just bought some off ebay, going to try it on farmers walk today see if it works, bought it origionally to help with thick rope grip at comp in october so will try that too, first feel is ok and tacky, but its basically beeswax so it may melt at higher temperatures

well it does go a little sticky, going to try it on farmers holds later today..... but will definately use it on rope pulls as it seems to stay on hand better than liquid chalk

Have some of that but not really keen on it & its quite smelly.

I like the liquid chalk, when using normal chalk it makes my hands flake haha

Used the my protein liquid chalk an grips well on bar work

cant use liquid chalk in the gym, it makes the bars ransid, in comps its ok for some things.......BUT in competition i will use what ever i can that works better than the next guy

thats stuff is very similar to hair spray....used for pole dancing, as many pole dancers use hair spray

nothing really saves the skin in strongman except looking after your hands in the first place
