Sunday 1st June we will be hosting Hertfordshires strongest man in the Market Square in Hatfield Town Centre.
It will start at 10am and should be over by 3.30pm or 4pm at the latest
This will be the first time we have hosted an event in a Town Centre and expect a decent crowd of spectators as well as competitors
The 2 competitions will be 1/ an open weight novice competition and 2/ a heavy Inters/Light Open Competition
we are looking to have 40 total competitors aiming for 20 in each catagory, but we do seem to attract a large amount of novice competitors
Price to enter will be £25 with the aim for all competitors to get a medal and a t shirt

Deadlift maybe Car Deadlift if we get a decent sponsor
Farmers walk / Yoke medley 15 to 20 m each way
a sandbag/keg loading and carry event
the last event on the list would like to be a truck pull, but need to finalise that we can use a truck on the area, if not then another event will be added
at the same time as our event, hatfield town centre will also be hosting "The Big Lunch" a nationwide event where people bring their own food and sit down with everyone else, there will be events going there to entertain the crowd too
