Curious your views on this
An American coach I quite like posted a vid of one of his lifters doing RDLs
He stated with this that rdl's are one of his most I portent assistance lifts with squats. He said how he wants people to aim for 5 reps of there max squat as to many people have weak hams.
Thoughts?
For a sport athlete I can imagine strong hamstrings are needed. And for atrength athlete to.
I do think it's often overlooked and for me I know my hamstrings are probably piss weak.
