need some help on a diet plan

Postby steve1 » Fri Jul 03, 2015 6:38 am

my missus and her friends have just paid out a small fortune on this C9 diet or clean 9 diet
I've told her I will do the same diet or similar diet as hers with the same rules but I will buy my own supps and it will not cost me £80+
the incentive for her is that I pay for her diet course if she loses more weight than me in the nine days
the incentive for me is to make her do exactly what it says and stick to it for the whole nine days and hopefully it will give her a bit more mind control to keep eating clean and also make her realise there is no super quick way to lose weight without nutrition and exercise.
other than multi vit vit c and fish oils can anyone recommend anything I can add or foods I can eat or graze on like chillies lol
its going to have its own challenge for me as im going to be keeping my diet super clean

Had a quick look at the PDF and it just looks like a load of bollocks. Basically a quick fix plan to drop a lot of water weight and possibly shit a lot so that the user feels better about themselves because the needle has dropped on the weighing scales.

Fibre....Eat a huge bowl of salad twice a day.

Fish oils.... I fancied trying this stuff https://www.philrichardsperformance.co. ... -plus.html

Water..... I would add a small pinch of sea or rock salt to all your water.

not as much as I will trying not to eat chocolate lol
I can still have protein shakes for the first two days so I should be ok
it starts from Thursday so I should still have enough fuel for training Thursday night then Friday is rest day and see how I am from then on
I think the only benefit this diet may have on me is it will either get me off sugar or send me crazy because I am not having any lol
