Body fat percentage

What's the best way to measure body fat percentage

Interested to see what I'm at now and compare to end of the year.
I'm estimating my self at 30% and obviously want to drop.

I have some callipers to do it.

I've been in some gyms that have scales you stand on barefoot but not sure how that works or how true a reading you get

Cookie when can I pop round for you to figure out the fat gains?

Yeah I've used them in the past Steve. Not sure how good they are but I don't go to any commercial gyms now a days

Any time mate probably best when we go to the club. I also think those scales at the club measure fat percentage so you could compare the two methods.
