Perfect 24 hours

For a bit of fun what would be your perfect 24 hours for training if you had the money or time to do it like a pro?

Okay so you're all boring so I'll go first

Wake,

Drink water,

Meditate/read,

Workout most core or mobility based,

breakfast,

Chill for a couple of hours plus food,

2nd workout strength based,

Physio/massage,

Food,

Sleep.

It's a bit tricky
Defiantly a morning and evening training session.
And mixing lots of strength/ weightlifting and mma

Some yoga
Meditation time
Time with our lass

Could easily fill a day.

lets have a think about this

Wake,

early morning run,

shower/breakfast/massage,

sparing/pad work/stretching/sauna,

lunch/chill out,

strength based training/swimming,

take the missus out for evening meal,

watch all the soaps she recorded on the planner because she missed them with me taking her out for a meal

Sleep.

Haha true enough

I often think if I could coach or PT that be cool but I'd need the recovery time training twice a day lmao
