Worth checking out.

Used the 4.5 tog Duvet last night and I wasn't as hot as I usually am even when just using a thin cover/sheet. If it works as suggested then I'll consider investing in some of their "breathable" linen.

He also has a book coming out next month which I pre-ordered and he's on some podcasts which I have to listen to.

at this time of year we get the sun on the bedroom last so its super warm and humid, i wont bother until its got a little cooler as nothings going to help whilst its like this

That's our problem as well and now the bedroom has been divided it holds the heat even more.
