...its about half what i wanted, but it has plenty of rocks to move aropund and space for drags/falmers etc owner seems quite interested too but is only here fortnightly

Might have a chance of another space too, this ones 60 sq metres and is next to a dance school so may be able to get some massage and therapy clients from there............It will depend on functionality

the first one has out door space, boulders and rocks and a space for sledge drags etc and is close to sintra mountains ideal for cardio and hill sprints and stuff
