I'm looking to get this book

Does it help diagnose issues through pains/ testing and then how to go about getting areas sorted?
Much on injury prevention: rehab?

He has a second edition coming out in about 7-14 days time which is supposed to be better organised/laid out than the original plus have an additional 60 new mobilities to do.

I say its a must have.

Pre order price on Amazon is around £27 which is what I paid for the first edition about a month after release.

I shall wait for this 2nd edition then

With the amount of tightness and pain I have be good, plus with fi muscles being so screwed from all her pain and illness be good to try get something working

Book 2, isnt it rather than 2nd edition

i got mine for about £14 on amazon
