Shoulder mobility

Postby Cookie » Fri Jul 25, 2014 4:07 pm

Bit of a tough one.

Looking for a video, exercise description of a shoulder mobility drill/exercise were you stand with your back against the wall with your arms up above your head. You then move your arms/hands up/down as if doing a shoulder press but you have to keep everything against the wall. If you can't this shows your mobility weak spots.

Need to know if I'm doing it right and what to do when the issues show up.

Shwoing up a number of issues. Coming down below parallel the clavicles "crunch" like crazy and going over head just leaves me breaking at the ribcage then everything comes off the wall
