Lifter's Shoulder: The Cause & The Cure

Sam69 posted this on FB and it caught my eye.

I'm sure there's another one posted from last couple of days and if I can find it I'll post.

I don't think we give enough time to working on shoulder mobility via the triceps, lats and whole lateral seam which seems to restrict overhead positioning as well as issues with the rear shoulder muscles and such like.

I have one side that's pretty junked up and I can feel it all the way down into my hip. In fact I'm tight in that side all the way down into my foot. :shock:
