FASCIAL ADHESIONS

Just ordered myself a Gua Sha device to have a go at these on my lower legs.
"If you don't have conditioning it doesn't matter how big your muscles are they ain't gonna reach their full potential!"

Mine just arrived so will try out tonight. The stainless steel ones looked the bizz but the prices for them are insane.
