Still got reduced movement in my big toe and pain to ably 6 plus month on

Seemed to be getting better but when started doing some mountain climbers, lunges and wrestling it just bruised up and became very sore

Any advice getting full movement back?

Tough one.

Do you do any soft tissue work and mobility on the foot and around the ankle?

I was doing some ball rolling on it and trying to stretch the toe

Watch the video here and see if you can do some of the strengthening work.
