Just found this by accident this afternoon

Would have been an awesome video if they had kept the camera still because the picture quality is superb at the beginning.

Here`s a suggestion: You come up then run along side of me dishing out insults & encouragement on the course so I don`t let you down?

Oh forgot your knees are battered so you can`t run :butthead:

39 entrants last year & I placed 18th. Made the top 50% with a busted calf, no training for nearly 2 weeks & starting at the very back of the pack whilst walking for the first 100 yards or so. I was also the lightest individual there so I have to work harder to compensate for nearly carrying my own bodyweight.

Would say that was "acceptable" given the circumstances :finga:

A little more confidence in myself & not having to re-shoulder the sack whilst running & I might have just gone out faster & attacked a little lower on the second hill.

We may just do that when I`m ready to go for the world record.

Are you going to have to be taped up this go around?

Hope not.

Physically I would like to be in a position not to be.

Mentally these "injuries/tweaks" have left a mark.
