30.22 for the winner at Birmingham.

With queues at 3-4 of the obstacles I could have cut 3-5 minutes off easily without running any faster. The short & long barbed wire crawls cost me the most with people in front of you struggling. Some of those were from the previous race. I was 4 minutes faster on my second lap, even though I didn't speed up running wise, which goes to show how much time can be lost through other people being in front of you on the obstacles.

Looking at an "Elite" race next year to see if a 35 minute finish is do able for me.
