Weather forecast says we are in for another mini heatwave this weekend

You can only go round the course twice if doing the last race (1pm) of the day. If they attempt to go round twice their timing chips will register a very slow time. I have a pdf file with the entire lost of finishing times for our race & the 10k runners are highlighted in red to show why their times were 1 hour plus.

Might not have been enough entrants to have so many different races through the day. IF they do the double race they need to overload on water & carbs. I didn't & knew about it at the end. Blood sugar levels flatlined

Nailed on with mate to do two races next year.

Need to have a word with him about a possible third.

our results Tom well done, 50:48 and 443rd place, Martin 51:07 454th place, James in 51:08 and 455th place, Baz W at 51:36 and 472nd Place (not bad for a cube) Ben at 52:45 and 498th Place, well done all
