In all the excitement I've gone & forgotten the exact order of the race :lol:

I'm reviewing some footage so I can take notes & write from there. So its looking more like the weekend.

On another note my running partner has already said he's doing 1 or 2 more of these next year. =D>

got our info through meeting around 9 for breakfast or 9.30 for departure

should be there around 11, intime for 12.30 race (12 if they have a chance to go round twice

Weather forecast says we are in for another mini heatwave this weekend :shock:

You can only go round the course twice if doing the last race (1pm) of the day. If they attempt to go round twice their timing chips will register a very slow time. I have a pdf file with the entire lost of finishing times for our race & the 10k runners are highlighted in red to show why their times were 1 hour plus.

the double race is at 12 this time, i thought it wasa the last race which is why we origionally booked it,.....at 12.30 maybe different for different places

Might not have been enough entrants to have so many different races through the day. IF they do the double race they need to overload on water & carbs. I didn't & knew about it at the end. Blood sugar levels flatlined :shock:

Nailed on with mate to do two races next year.

Need to have a word with him about a possible third.

our results Tom well done, 50:48 and 443rd place, Martin 51:07 454th place, James in 51:08 and 455th place, Baz W at 51:36 and 472nd Place (not bad for a cube) Ben at 52:45 and 498th Place, well done all
