I just want to do it

it would seem that the members of New "Spartan" Gym are just mere Perioeci and not true Spartiates :finga:

The opportunity has arisen to run this race twice in the same day :supz:

Tell them if a skinny ass like me is doing it then surely they'll manage

Had another guy at work ask when we was doing anything similar because he wants to tag along. Said he needs a challenge to "test himself".

can't say fairer than that =D>

Kudos to the guy running the marathon =D>

I'm running at 1pm which allows you to do two circuits for the price of 1

5k not enough for you? :finga:
Really curious to hear of what obstacles they have for you, and if you do go around twice. I think once around and then to the grill is the way to go.
Are you trying to gain entrance into the super spartan or whatever the next one up is called?

When I posted that it sounded like a good idea at the time. On reflection & inspection of some of the videos I might have to have a rethink

They better have one because normally after a big run I can eat stupid amounts of food.

Considered it but I've not seen any advertised here in the UK. They have all been Spartan Sprints from what I've seen.

We'll see how messy it gets after this one before I make any plans.

I am fully confident that you will come out of this stoked and probably with little to no desire to run a standard 5k or 10k run again.
