Possibly.

TBH I'm feeling a little "raced out" at the moment. Lots of things I'd like to do but need to restructure training so I'm not just a runner but a contender.

A possibility as a final warm up before we tackle the Spartan Beast in November.

Sure am if we can get the training & fitness nailed.

And the way I feel at the moment I'm relishing the challenge after three weeks of feeling like death & totally unmotivated after finishing this years coal race.

Their 10 week training plan

And I think I'll have to consume my own body weight in h20, protein & carbohydrates right after the Spartan to be ready for the Paras 10

Compression wear as soon as I've finished, possibly a sports massage if I can arrange for them to come up so late in the evening & good old Epsom salts bath. Maybe a ton of cherries & vitamin E for their anti inflammatory effects.

wouldnt eat the cherries .......shitting your way round

treat them both like endurance races and consume real (ish ) food before during and after them.......(During)!!!

have wee looked at glycerol loading to hold water in like BBers do.....something for the future if not

2 races of this type together is a lot different too 2 marathons etc

i would look at a creatine load as soon as you finish the first race then loads of water and carbs in

plenty of BCAAs as well
