Not doing this one. Focusing on getting super fit to do the Super Spartan & Para's 10 back to back in the same weekend. Mentally seem to be shifting to wanting to get another half marathon in & hopefully a full marathon in by years end. Have my eye on a super duper race for next year.

whens the race, sometimes its good to do these races and treat them as training races, as they give you an edge when it comes to the races you want,....how far apart are this and the other races???

Re-branded race I did last year http://www.urban-run.co.uk/index.php

Might be worth doing to see how my speed is over 5k in preparation for my first 5K Spartan Sprint.

And its cheaper than last year :supz:

Just checked current training plan & final week commences on the 25th followed by a deload & week of testing. Then the start of my next training cycle is the Monday with the Leeds 10k on the folowing Sunday.

Get in there :supz:

Should be nicely rebounding to attempt a PB
