All done & dusted.

Self timed at 1 hour 46 minutes 39 seconds.

Average heart rate 178 & 1554 calories burnt off :lol:

Finished in 215th position

Write up to follow tomorrow once I know the full extent of the damage done :lol:

Racing tomorrow.

Been a few hectic days. Eating tons but have to work tomorrow & will have to refuel in car on drive down there.

got decent camera and decent video camera now for race time, if i can i may borrow bencs camera again for the event and look like real press LOL

Current thinking is to give it a miss & get some decent rest after coal race before starting to get ready for the Spartan races in August.

must be a race or two mid june or july to do rather than wait that long until spartan races
