Not long now till the Paras' 10 P Coy challenge. As usual have the pre race nerves of lethargy, dehydration & general grogginess.

Ah well just have to embrace it seeing as its every time now

Goal is sub 1 hour 50 minutes with an ultimate goal of sub 1 hour 30 minutes.

A little yes. Spoke with a guy I know who did their race down south & he said I should look at it as more of a speed race/workout & to get some practise in. I've got the Spartan Beast due in November so this one will be used more to keep my hand in more than anything else & see how this next 4 weeks of training is progressing.

Starting to think that now I know how cold it is outside at the moment

Pain barrier all done & dusted. Never shook so much from the cold in my life. Couldn't even hold a cup of coffee at the end because I was spilling it all with shaking
