Swiss ball hams? Are you doing a reverse hyper type of movement or something else?
Lay on floor, feet outstretched on top of ball, lift hips off floor tucking pelvis under to load glutes, pull feet towards you keeping hips at the same height as the start of the rep then return to the starting position.
Massive contraction in the hamstrings at the mid rep range & it work the surrounding hip area as well.
I do do reverse hypers on the Swiss ball.
