Wow, great write up and you are spot on I believe.
Great job finishing! You are turning into a machine!

With regards to which bit in the write up?

Thanks, 47th out of 515 finishers & I eased up speed wise because of my own concerns over safety.

With regards to safety (passing on the trail and the water pit) The races will continue to get more aggressive I fear. For some that would be welcome, but for most it will take the fun out of it and eventually hurt the market, a form of road rage.

47 is outstanding, and in such conditions.

Can only be said you know how to get inside, even with the self doubt you sometimes seem to have and be able to push your body to limits.

Very inspiring.
