2013 Race Calendar

Dewsbury 10k

Liversedge half

Coal Race April 1st

Paras' 10 September 8th

Super Spartan Need to do this one to get my Trifecta medal. we couldn't do it last year due to venue & date change which coincided with the Paras' 10 so they allowed us to get "free" entry into this years race.

Dewsbury 10k this Sunday. Running caffeine/stim free with an aim to set a new PB & reset my own mental/physical perspectives. Will have a couple of pacers in the race so if all goes to plan it'll be a good steady first 5k then all out on the back 5k.

Starts at the viaduct leading to Bradford road, then straight down Bradford road to just past Batley park then you turn around & come right back.

Scrapping all racing this year.

Focusing on foot rehab & overall health & well being before I even consider taking any sort of run in anger.
