Bit of a copy and paste.

Breathing for injury prevention

Did you know that during exercise when there is a high breathing demand, your diaphragm’s breathing role will take precedence over its role in stabilising your core, postural control and movement? The result of this is an increased risk of injury - for instance, have you noticed when out of breath your posture, gait or technique tends to slip?

POWERbreathe inspiratory muscle training will strengthen your breathing muscles, primarily your diaphragm and intercostal muscles, helping to stabilise your core and reduce your risk of injury.

Very true.
