so was watching willies chocolate revolution, due tot he fact i like chocolate haha

there was an experiment done ont he performance of chocolate. he provided them with a drink and various placibo (done in a uni somewhere ) and the chocolate proved a great success. granted we a re not talking about 20% coca suger cadbury's etc but proper choclate. dark and high coca.

was very interesting. and shows that proepr chocolate isnt bad for you. shame we eat more cadburys, galaxy etc in this country than others.

exactly. In one of wayerburys ebooks he has 50g of proper dark choc in one of his diets.

I meant to post a bit about that. Interesting. Our old friend the Mountain Man is a big fan of proper chocolate.

Good program & have seen a few times quotes about *proper* chocolate acting in a totally different way to what you would expect.

Will have to do some digging to see if I can find out more :-k

having to make a chocolate chilli con carnie to prove to my gf that savory use of chocolate roaks haha
