Yep, you can cover the London area & we have Scott for the Glasgow or Edinburgh regions. Spartans will rule the world once more ;-)

dude, Im not into all those organised events. far too many people. The exception being a marathon ( and above ) purely for the resources and medical staff on hand ;-)

yeah. So many people complete them on regular occasions that I think they have probably lost a bit of the scare factor to the average person but if you have done any running whatsoever you can appreciate how difficult they must be. I tend to do the 3 mile run and honestly when Im finished I cant imagine doing it another 8 times in a row :shock:

Have to agree. On the flip side I'm also quite wary of doing the 5k races because of the insane speed some of these guys run them at. The 10k runs & the obstacle types seem to fit my capabilities at the moment more than other races.
