I don't know about the egg chart. I get free range eggs right from the farm and they all eat the same yet the yolks are rarely consistent.

I was once told it was something to do with the dark meat.
Eating a full turkey at thanks giving is not the way to go about it.I don't know about the egg chart. I get free range eggs right from the farm and they all eat the same yet the yolks are rarely consistent.
I have noticed a difference between shop & farm bought eggs.
