I'm soon 3 days a week atm as started olympic weightlifting

Bench I don't know haha

The others I've gone belt less now and they have dropped massivly but slowly coming up

Squats is 130 for 5, dead 160 for 5 and press unsure

Got a strongman comp coming up so started the strength lifts of press deadlift and squat to et the strength back up for it. Uni I startin again so may be down to 2 day week wen I get busy

The coaches there worked on my squat form a lot and to see what my bracing and core was like to bin it

It was a big diffrence I just wasn't able to brace for the weights.

Also since there I don't have the back pain which I assume is from better form when lifting. I will use belts in competition but quite happy without in training as made big improvements in my mid sections strength

Not too bad considering, I've been away a fair bit and a couple of injuries. Squat 210kg ( 3 singles definitely got more there) Bench 150kg, Deadlift 250kg weigh just under 100kg. Got a few meets coming up so hope to get my first official 600kg total (done it easily in the gym earlier this month).

Yes. It is basic which some people spurn as they feel you should work stabilisers or do lots of variations which I do not, but it is consistent. over the past 4 years I focused largely on shoring up my bench which I felt was a weak link, I have increased my Squat by 30kg, Bench by 40kg and Deadliift by 35kg. During that same period I have spent 19 months on preparing for or on active deployments where I needed to alter my training for the needs of the job at hand and did not have regular access to equipment, so I think with all those things considered I have an effective system. I'm working back up for a meet at the moment. This morning I squatted 205kg for 2, Benched 155kg touch and go and Pulled an easy 225kg. By the time I get to meet day I plan to hit 215-220kg, 150kg paused and pull 245-250kg.

Good luck with that Chris. Impressive numbers.
