Zack and Rugby Circuit Question

Shouldnt take more than 10 or 15 minutes.........just remember to be warmed up before them

If i train in the morning and strech in the night due to time restraints, will i still get some benefit do you think?

Yes, definately.......you may need to take more time to stretch 20+ minutes

Try the PNF stretches to really improve flexibility
