Intriguing me more and more this squatting everyday. Not so sure about maxing out on that days numbers but generally just doing a few sets at a set weight to keep greasing the groove and then just adding small increments as I become more proficient at them. Managed 10 days straight with no ill effects and just adding a kilo a day to the bar.
Have to start thinking about getting volume back into the legs as I get closer and closer to some form of running training. Hopefully by the end of the year.
