Not a lot of weight John. Started out as a bit of an experiment to see what the effects would be doing them after a hip specific stretching session. Painful..lol.. Can really feel where the hips are junky in the hip capsule. Reps were 3 or 5 with sets at 3. Some days 3 secs at bottom others 5 seconds.
