First muscle foods order arrived. On first inspection the meat looks okay, everything was well packed and still cold.
Me and the kids shared one of the high protein pizzas plus had a blueberry waffle each. Surprisingly all of us agreed we felt quite full after a small meal. A whole Pizza come out at around 75 grams of protein and 24 grams of carbs. Waffles are 32 carbs and 20 protein.
Pizzas seem like and ideal way for me to eat at work with half of one along with a decent sized salad and side.
