if it had been my guys report it would have gone along the lines of...turned up in superman/capt america costume , had laugh doing zumba warm up, took turns in acting the fool round the course pulling each other back (except on last wall helped each other over) post race beer, post beer food, post food beer then treck back home after......well enough said</description>

		<description>I have to agree. There really is nothing special anymore and it is pretty much who can pump the most chemicals not the most iron. 
Hopefully we will see a return to the Steve Revees and golden age symmetry, but I have my doubts.</description>
