So true, good one. Although I find it a shame that we have to put disclaimers on everything now days.
And remember to please get the okay from your GP before starting upon any exercise program.

Sign of the times, a lack of basic knowledge, maybe even a case of bad advice given out by those only interested in making a name/quick buck for themselves.

Wasn`t "suing" an American invention :-k :mrgreen:

End of the day I wish I had a penny for every time I had corrected someone`s form when I used to training in commercial gyms, only for them to completely ignore my advice once my back was turned. :roll:

You have no idea how bad it is here. That is one of the main reasons I gave up a very successful lawn business. I really could go off on the subject.......let's just say it is completely out of control and you can not do anything anymore.

Yeah, I have pretty much given up on that, unless they are a client or specifically ask me for help.
