So you felt short changed about the race until AFTER the massage from 3 girls :-k
So I guess you can say if was a "Happy Ending" after the massage :mrgreen:

I guess the gorilla glue worked?

Zumba Coach? They call them coaches now? I always thought them more like lead entertainers #-o

No denying the way its taken off. Makes Crossfit seem minor league :shock:

I much preferred the military style warm up we did at the Spartan Sprint race. That really did work.

Finished 24th overall with a time of 21.58. Not bad for someone who set off too slow on first 2.5k :lol: & is over 40 ;-)
